Can I return my order for a refund?
 
No. Your order is made to your specifications and is not refundable. If it is our mistake, please let us know within 30 days and we will correct the error at no charge to you.
 
You are responsible for the text you send to us on your order form so please proof the details carefully before submitting your order. We will print exactly what we see on your order. We are not responsible for missing or incorrect information that you have provided.
 
If your order is for a gift or an event and if there is not sufficient time for a reprint to be done, we can mail or email a gift notice to the recipient to let them know the gift is on its way.
 
Can I cancel my order?
 
If you enter an order by mistake call us at 630-881-8482 immediately we will try to cancel it for you. If the order is already in production then it remains your responsibility to pay for the order. We advise you not enter your credit card for a order you do not want. Once you complete checking out that will complete your order and it will be sent for production immediately. The wholesale printing company does not allow us to cancel an order once received. The best way to reach us is by email at Service@AlwaysStationery.com.
 
What is the difference between a Card and a Note?
 
A Card, also known as a correspondence card is a single flat piece of paper. At Always Stationery, the Card stock is 18 points in thickness, or approximately the thickness of a credit card.
 
A Note, also known as a Fold over Note is similar to a typical Birthday Card. The paper is thinner so it can be folded in half. The Note stock is 7.2 points in thickness, or approximately the thickness of two pieces of notebook paper. All of our Notes have been pre-scored, so they can be folded easily. All of the Notes shown at AlwaysStationery.com list the folded size.
 
Can I have the first and last name if the sample only shows one name?

What shipping carriers do you use?
 
You may choose to ship your stationery order to United States addresses via. FedEx Ground®, FedEx 2nd Day®, FedEx Standard Overnight® or USPS Priority Mail.
We ship internationally via. USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Express Mail International.
 
Can I ship to a company?
 
Yes. If order is shipping to a company, please provide company's name and complete address including suite or floor number if necessary.
 
Do you ship internationally?
 
Yes, currently we ship to Canada, Australia, England, Ireland, Portugal and the United Kingdom via. USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International. If you would like your country added please contact Service@AlwaysStationery.com or Phone: (630)881-8482.
 
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
 
FedEx may charge us for any address changes after they have your package. Any redirection charge may be passed on to you.
 
What do I do if my package is damaged?
 
If, upon receipt, you find that your order is not as it should be, please contact our customer service department immediately.
 
Any damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery. No replacements, allowances or credits will be given after this two-week period.
 
You must retain the original packaging to show proof of damage. We will schedule the inspection with the carrier and they have four weeks to inspection the damaged package if necessary.
 
Can I order a gift with a gift message?
 
Yes, many of our customers order gifts to be drop ship directly with a gift message. Each stationery order forms will give you the option to input the gift message at no charge. Gift message will appear on packing list. Pricing information is not sent with your order.
 
Will I get an invoice or order confirmation?
 
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail shortly after you place your order on-line. The confirmation will include information about the items you ordered and the amount charged to your credit card or gift certificate. Pricing information is not sent with your order.

If your billing address is within Illinois will be charged 7.25% sales tax. (including shipping) Orders where the billing address is out of state we do not apply sales tax at this time.
